Not a support department

Aestie isn't a giant corporation with a support team of 200 people. It's built by Waqas Shafiq, who created it because he wanted his own photos to look the way he imagined them.

So when you write to us, you're talking to a real person behind the product. Your questions, ideas, and complaints genuinely matter — and they shape what Aestie becomes next.
